Northern Lights Bath Bomb by Lush

For Christmas I got a Northern lights Bath Bomb which is by lush from my friend who lives down in Devon.
Here are the pictures to show you what its like:

Normally it's not broken but it did this is the post.
Usually its a tall stick!

I love these colours!

I don't normally by myself bath bombs from Lush so it's always a real treat when I receive them as a gift.

It makes the bath feel slippery because of the oils in the bomb. This then makes your skin feel so soft. I've heard that the longer you stay in an oily bath the better your skin will feel... safe to say it does!

I highly recommend this!

let me know if you've tried it yourself and your opinion on it in the comments!

Christmas and New Years favourites ♡

Here are some of my favorite things I have bought and received throughout these 2 months during Christmas and the January sales! Here goes:

New Look SALE- Yellow cami top £5-
Never really gone for yellow but tried it out and I loooovee it!

Soap and Glory- This was out of a gift box but here is the price of it individually , £10.50.
This smells so good! I've been using this a while now and my skin is so soft! Definitely recommend!

Wallis SALE- £25, These were in the Wallis sale.
I've never owned a pair of black heeled boots so I gave it a go and they are extremely comfy!
Great with leggings or jeans.

Sam Smith Album- £6.00
Lately I have been loving his top songs like "Stay with me" so i decided to try out his
whole album... safe to say I can't stop listening to it in my car on the way to college!

Soap and Glory, Thick&Fast Mascara- £10
This also came in the Soap and Glory gift box. When I first tried it i was amazed!
My lashes look longer than when using my usual mascara, but most importantly for me
they weren't all stuck together, they actually looked fanned out, each lash separate from the rest.
I will definitely be making a second purchase!

I went on holiday to Cornwall!

I went on holiday in November to Cornwall to a village called Tregony. I went with my mum, her partner, his mum, my gran and my brother. It took 2 days to get there as we stopped in Bournemouth for the night before making our way down to the house.

Here are the pictures I took while we were there:

The first day- The Eden Project

The Eden Project was amazing, apparently this is my third time here! Can't remember any of the other times. The rain forest biome was so hot, not a good day to wear a jumper. I also went on the Skywire (zipwire) which is the longest in England. It was so fun (even if it didn't last long) I felt as if I was flying! If you go there are any point I definitely recommend having a go.

The biomes

Looking down at Gran and Pam from the highest point

Chillies!

Waterfall!

Green tea and millionaire shortbread

Slippery shortcut

Hut

A day by the seaside

On this day we went to a couple of beaches and of course we had to eat a Cornish pastie by the seaside.

The beach was so big!

Cornish Pastie was delicious!

A day in the lost gardens of Heligan!

Me on the rope bridge

Such an amazing view

Hello there Emu!

Piglets!

Adult Pig!

Pretty tree decorated with vegetables!

Pumpkin anyone?

These are only some of the places we went. We also went to many more beaches, cafes and explored villages. We also had a hot tub at our holiday home which made it even more relaxing.

I definitely recommend Cornwall for a week get away!

What I'm looking forward to in 2015

Happy New Year!

To start of 2015 I am going to tell you what my year has to come, including education and holidays but first here are a couple of things I have decided I want to do during the this year.

Take more photos

Towards the end of 2014 I looked in my album of that year and I didn't have many photos at all. So this year I have decided to take many more photos so I can visually look back at memories I've made with friends and family. It will be things like days out or even just being lazy at home...I want to capture moments that I can smile and laugh to in the future.

Write more blogs

I started blogging in 2013 and haven't written as many as I'd like. I am planning more blogs to come... maybe monthly favorites is a good way to start. Every time I write a blog it gives me the sense of achievement so I want to do it more but always get side tracked from it... mainly because of college work.

Now... What I have to look forward to this year!

The first thing I'm extremely excited about is a college trip to France. It is an activity week to do things like kayaking, mountain biking, abseiling, rock climbing at sleeping under the stars! I'm going with 2 of my closest friends which will make it even better... especially as the journey to get there is about 13 hours all together. Lots of snacks and drink will be needed! We are also going to go shopping for the trip so that we are prepared which i'm looking forward to... Girls day out!

Another rather important thing that I hope to happen is to go to university. I never thought the time would come where I would have to start applying. I am still in the process of my application but I need to get a move on as it closes on the 15th January! I will be applying to a Sport Science course, it's so nerve racking just the thought of it.
However, a bonus to this is that I will be moving away from home and living like a real student. I'm excited to meet new people and finally make the world my Oyster! I know I will miss home at times but it's definitely worth the experience. Good luck to anyone applying for University this year :)

I hope everyone has a good start to the new year!
